Northern Lights trip to Lapland: ice baths and breathwork in Kiruna

Kevin under the northern lights by a cabin at Camp Alta in Kiruna, Swedish Lapland

There is a moment, somewhere between the cold of the water and the first breath afterwards, when everything falls silent. That is the moment we seek in Kiruna, in the heart of Swedish Lapland. Six days above the Arctic Circle, with breathwork, ice dips, a sauna, and a group experiencing something special together.

Dip & Breathe is a co-creation of Purity Healing × Studio Purana: Kevin Lorenzini and Erik van Tilburg. This will be the 10th edition.

What will you do in Lapland?

  • Breathwork. Guided breathing sessions, every day, tailored to the group.
  • Ice dips. You will enter the icy water in a hole that you help saw yourself. Always at your own level, never beyond your limits.
  • Sauna and fire. After the cold, the warmth of the sauna or a crackling fire awaits.
  • Meet the Sámi. Stories, guitar, and fire with the indigenous people of Lapland.
  • The Icehotel. A visit to the opening of the famous Icehotel on December 11.
  • Northern lights. Kiruna is above the Arctic Circle, and in December it is dark almost all day. This makes the chance of seeing the northern lights high. With a little luck, the sky above the lake will turn green.
  • Kambo (optional). Those who wish can participate in a Kambo ceremony, guided by Kevin. Always after an intake and screening.

What is included?

  • 5 nights in the Lakeside Aurora Cabins at Camp Alta
  • All transfers in Sweden, including Arlanda–Kiruna return
  • The guided breathing sessions and cold dips
  • The meeting with the Sámi and the visit to the Icehotel
  • Breakfast and lunch every day

Not included: your flight to Kiruna (from approximately €200), your dinner (expect €15 to €30 per evening), travel and accident insurance (mandatory), and individual extras, such as feeding reindeer (approximately €25).

Your first ice bath in Lapland: is this something for you?

You don't need to be an ice bath expert. Many participants enter the ice for the first time. We build up slowly and keep both feet on the ground. What you mainly need is the desire to explore your limits and experience something unforgettable together with a group.

Dip & Breathe is not therapy or medical treatment. Do you have a medical condition or any doubts? Then consult your GP first.

Only 2 places left

The group is almost full. There are still 2 places available, and the group will close soon. Do you want to join, or do you want to read everything carefully first?
