These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Purity Healing webshop.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Purity Healing: the provider of products and services through this webshop
  • Customer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement
  • Products: all physical goods offered through the webshop
  • Agreement: any purchase agreement between Purity Healing and the customer

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all agreements concluded through the webshop. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.

Any general terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected.

3. Offer and information

All offers are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Purity Healing.

Product information has been compiled with care, but cannot give any guarantees about specific effects or results.

4. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is formed at the moment the customer places an order and the payment has been completed successfully.

Purity Healing reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving reasons.

5. Prices and payments

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped.

In the event of payment problems or disruptions, Purity Healing reserves the right to suspend delivery.

6. Delivery and shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time does not give the right to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.

7. Use and responsibility

The products offered through this webshop are not medicines and do not replace medical advice.

The customer remains fully responsible at all times for the use of the products.

Purity Healing accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect, improper or irresponsible use.

8. Health and personal responsibility

By purchasing, the customer declares:

  • that they are themselves responsible for their physical and mental health
  • that, if in doubt, they will seek professional medical advice beforehand
  • that they will not use any products in conflict with their own health or applicable law

Use is entirely at your own risk.

9. Right of withdrawal and exceptions

The right of withdrawal applies to purchases in accordance with the withdrawal policy of Purity Healing.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • hygiene products whose seal has been broken
  • products that cannot be returned for health reasons
  • products that have visibly been used

This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

10. Returns and refusal

Purity Healing reserves the right to refuse returned shipments if:

  • the product has been opened, used or damaged
  • the hygienic seal has been broken
  • the return conditions have not been met

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

11. Liability

Purity Healing is liable for direct damage only in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Indirect damage, consequential damage and non-material damage are excluded.

12. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Purity Healing is entitled to suspend or dissolve the agreement without compensation.

Force majeure includes, among other things:

  • illness
  • government measures
  • logistical disruptions
  • natural disasters
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

13. Intellectual property

All texts, images, product descriptions and content of the webshop are the intellectual property of Purity Healing.

Use or distribution without written permission is not allowed.

14. Privacy and data processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy statement of Purity Healing.

It is available separately on the website.

15. Complaints

Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery, via the contact form.

Purity Healing will handle complaints with care, without acknowledging liability.

16. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

17. Final provisions

If one or more provisions prove to be void or voidable, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

The most current version of these terms always prevails.
