A morning of breathwork and a cold plunge, together with Erik and Kevin. Even without any experience.

More info

You gather at your own pace. We land in the group, get a brief explanation, and do a simple warm-up. Then we step into the water together, under supervision and with an eye on safety. The cold is the gate. Your breath is the key.

After the dip, we walk to the breathing space for a guided breathing session with Erik. Afterwards, we eat together: a potluck lunch. Kevin makes a fresh, plant-based soup.
