Right of withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal (products)
You have the right to withdraw from an agreement relating to the purchase of a product within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the product.
3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Purity Healing of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. This can be done via the contact form on this website. The use of a model withdrawal form is permitted, but not mandatory.
4. Compliance with the period
The withdrawal period is considered to have been observed if the notice of withdrawal is sent before the end of the 14-day period.
5. Consequences of withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, including the standard shipping costs. Any additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery offered by Purity Healing will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Suspension of refund
Purity Healing has the right to suspend the refund until the product has been received, or demonstrable proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
7. Return
After withdrawal, you must return the product to Purity Healing without delay, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice (Purity Healing, Wakkershof 9, 5673 AS Nuenen; send a message first, and you will receive the correct instructions). The period is considered to have been observed if the product is shipped before the end of this period.
8. Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
9. Liability for depreciation
You are only liable for depreciation of the product if this is the result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery
- products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications
- services for which performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer
This exclusion is based on Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
Clear expectation
As soon as a hygiene product is opened, return is legally excluded. That protects you. And the next user.
